Liability Disclaimer

Service and product disclaimer - due to the nature of the work, by using the services and purchasing products of Zenterior Design Inc., you will waive all liability from Zenterior Design Inc. and release Zenterior Design Inc., of all liabilities for project(s)/display(s) and anything affiliated. You will also agree to hold Zenterior Design Inc. free of any liability for any damage or harm to, but not limited to: property damage, electrical damage, water damage, health of fauna and flora, loss of livestock, personal injuries, animal injuries, financial damage, all equipment malfunction and failures, leakage, aquarium damage, glass chipping, glass cracking, instability issues, and transportation issues, regardless of whether damages or injuries are caused by negligence.

We are not responsible or liable for any third party companies and their products, we are also not liable for results, promises, or expectations from our services, products, and third party products and services.

We place very high care and attention to detail to all of our projects, but working with living creations, displays, animals, and exhibits, we cannot guarantee the exact replication of what is: asked, demanded, presented, or expected. Projects will be completed within a timely manner, but you will agree to waive all professional liability from Zenterior Design Inc. and release Zenterior Design Inc. of all professional liabilities.

Payment: All new and rebuild projects will be quoted and deposit of 50% must be paid in full, before project(s)/build(s) will start, Zenterior Design Inc. holds the rights to lower or increase the amount of deposit required. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of initial set up, the initial set up completion will be decided by Zenterior Design Inc., and the date will be estimated before the project starts. Failure to present payment upon completion would result in removal of installation, parts, and equipment, along with legal action to obtain service hour payments. Servicing payments will be made in full upon completion of the call, failure to present payment will place the aquarium, equipment, parts, and livestock at the discretion of Zenterior Design Inc., Zenterior Design Inc. has the rights to extend payment dates or demand immediate payment. Any financial and legal cost will be the responsibility of the customer and you agree to release and hold Zenterior Design Inc. free of any liability.

By seeking and obtaining the services and products from Zenterior Design Inc., you will agree to this liability waiver and understand clearly the risks involved. By providing a deposit or payment, you also agree to this waiver and understand clearly the risks involved, and forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Zenterior Design Inc. for any reason. I will make every effort possible to obtain safety precautions and clarification when needed either through writing or verbal.
